Endure to the End:
“Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher
of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross,
despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God”
(Hebrews 12:2).
“Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in
the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of
Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son” (2 John 1:9).
“For there is one God, and one mediator
between God and men, the man Christ Jesus: who gave himself a ransom for all,
to be testified in due time” (1 Timothy 2:5–6).
Jesus says: “In the world ye shall have
tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world” (John 16:33).
“And the brother shall deliver up the brother
to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against
their parents, and cause them to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all
men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved” (Matthew
10:21-22).
“As long as I am in the world, I am the light
of the world” (John 9:5).
“I
am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen” (Matthew 28:20).
