Redemption: What is God’s plan for human beings?
Let is ALL never forget why God sent his only
begotten Son, Jesus to this earth for “a light to lighten the Gentiles, and the
glory of thy people Israel” (Luke 2:32).
“For all have sinned, and come short of the
glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that
is in Christ Jesus” (Romans 3:23-24).
Jesus, our Lord, Savior and King appointed
the Apostle Paul to be the apostle to the Gentiles who said: “For I speak to
you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine
office” (Romans 11:13).
Paul explained God’s redemption or salvation
plan for human beings when he said: “For since by man came death, by man came
also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ
shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the
firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming. Then cometh the
end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when
he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power” (1 Corinthians
15:21-24).
