GOD and FAITH
“Before the mountains were
brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from
everlasting to everlasting, thou art God” (Psalm 90:2).
“But without faith it is
impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is,
and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him” (Hebrews 11:6).
“Now faith is the substance
of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1).
“For therein is the
righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just
shall live by faith. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the
world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his
eternal power and Godhead” (Romans 1:17, 20).
