Universal SALVATION?
There is NO such thing as
universal Salvation!
“Forasmuch as ye know that
ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, but with the
precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot” (1
Peter 18–19).
“For by grace are ye saved
through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God; not of works,
lest any man should boast” (Ephesians 2:8–9).
“For there is one God, and
one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus: who gave himself a
ransom for all, to be testified in due time” (1 Timothy 2:5–6).
Now, let us be ALL very
clear, the fact that Jesus gave is Life for a ransom for ALL does NOT guarantee
that ALL will enter into HEAVEN!
“For we must [ALL] appear before the judgment
seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body,
according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad” (2 Corinthians
5:10).
“And if the righteous
scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?” (1 Peter
4:18).
Our Lord, Savior and King is
very clear when he says: “For many are called, but few are chosen” (Matthew
22:14).
“The time is fulfilled, and
the Kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel” (Mark 1:15).
“Except ye repent, ye shall
all likewise perish” (Luke 13:3). “For I came down from heaven, not to do mine
own will, but the will of him that sent me” (John 6:38).
“[NOT EVERY ONE] that saith
unto me, Lord, Lord, [SHALL ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN]; but he that
doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 7:21).
“And, behold, I come quickly;
and my [REWARD] is with me, to give [EVERY MAN ACCORDING AS HIS WORK SHALL BE]”
(Revelation 22:12).
“He
that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the
word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the Last Day” (John
12:48).
