Human beings time on this Earth = LIFETIME.

When the battery in a device has reached the expiration of its battery life where it no longer works, a new or replacement battery is required to start the device working again.

Every human being is alive because of the “breath of life” given to us by God.

“Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves” (Psalm 100:3).

“And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul” (Genesis 2:7).

Similarly, when a battery dies in a device, so too human beings only have a lifetime on this earth given to us by God:

“And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation” (Acts 17:26).

Unlike being able to obtain a new or replacement battery for a device, human beings have no power to obtain a new or replacement lifetime.

“God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God” (Psalm 62:11).

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).  

“And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment” (Hebrews 9:27).

“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad” (2 Corinthians 5:10).

“And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead” (Acts 17:30-31).

“He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:18).

“These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God” (1 John 5:12-13).

To obtain LIGHT to be REDEEMED to HEAVEN all GOD is asking of humans is to REPENT OF SINS and BELIEVE in HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON: “[THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE]” (John 3:15).

“Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption” (1 Corinthians 15:50). “Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
