Righteousness

“The LORD liveth, in truth, in judgment, and in righteousness” (Jeremiah 4:2).

To come to the knowledge of and obedience to the word of God is not about religion, race, or riches; it is about righteousness—the righteousness of God built on the foundation of Jesus Christ. “For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright” (Psalm 11:7).

“Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy” (1 Peter 4:13, 16).
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness” (2 Timothy 3:16).

“Thou wilt keep him in [PERFECT PEACE, WHOSE MIND IS STAYED ON THEE]: because he [TRUSTETH] in thee” (Isaiah 26:3). Our Lord Jesus says: “LET not your heart be troubled: [YE BELIEVE IN GOD, BELIEVE ALSO IN ME]” (John 14:1). “If a man [LOVES ME, HE WILL KEEP MY WORDS]: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him” (John 14:23). “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have [PEACE]. [IN THE WORLD YE SHALL HAVE TRIBULATION]: but be of [GOOD CHEER]; I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). “[PEACE I LEAVE WITH YOU, MY PEACE I GIVE UNTO YOU]: not as the world giveth, give I unto you.   GOD is a LIVING GOD: “[FOR HE IS NOT A GOD OF THE DEAD, BUT OF THE LIVING]: for all live unto him” (Luke 20:38). GOD GAVE HUMANS THE BREATH OF LIFE, BUT THEN CAME DEATH. At the apex of time, Adam and Eve did not BELIEVE the word of GOD: the TRUTH (Genesis 2:16-17, 3:2–3) and instead believed the LIES of the devil, aka Satan (Genesis 3:4), that “crooked serpent” (Job 26:10). As a consequence ALL human beings were CONDEMNED TO DEATH. However, God then sent his only begotten Son Jesus, at the right time, in the fullness of time, to bring and to spread the WORD OF LIFE: “[THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE]” (John 3:15).
