“Pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17).
Whenever we are faced with struggles,
setbacks and so on, Jesus pointed out that we ought to pray and not faint (Luke
18:1) because the Holy Scriptures says: “if thou faint in the day of adversity,
thy strength is small” (Proverbs 24:10).
Let us also be reminded that the Apostle Paul
said: “Pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17).
Many throughout time have doubted and said,
in essence, “This is easier said than done.” However, Jesus emphasized, “And I
say unto you, ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock,
and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh receiveth; and he
that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened” (Luke
11:9–10).
Be strong and pray to God in Jesus’ name.
Also, be reminded what Jesus also said: “God is a Spirit: and they that worship
him must worship him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:23–24).
