Keep the Faith

Doubt, doubtful, doubtfulness: We must be very careful to not let these words creep into our hearts to shake our faith in the word of God. We cannot believe some words of God and doubt other words of God!

Jesus is very clear when he says:  “It is written, that man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God” (Luke 4:4). “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away” (Matthew 24:35).

“Forever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven” (Psalm 119:89).

PERFECT PEACE. Irrespective of what is taking place and will happen in the future in this world we must TRUST IN GOD to keep ourselves in PERFECT PEACE.

“Thou wilt keep him in [PERFECT PEACE, WHOSE MIND IS STAYED ON THEE]: because he [TRUSTETH] in thee” (Isaiah 26:3). Our Lord Jesus says: “LET not your heart be troubled: [YE BELIEVE IN GOD, BELIEVE ALSO IN ME]” (John 14:1). “If a man [LOVES ME, HE WILL KEEP MY WORDS]: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him” (John 14:23). “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have [PEACE]. [IN THE WORLD YE SHALL HAVE TRIBULATION]: but be of [GOOD CHEER]; I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). “[PEACE I LEAVE WITH YOU, MY PEACE I GIVE UNTO YOU]: not as the world giveth, give I unto you.   GOD is a LIVING GOD: “[FOR HE IS NOT A GOD OF THE DEAD, BUT OF THE LIVING]: for all live unto him” (Luke 20:38). GOD GAVE HUMANS THE BREATH OF LIFE, BUT THEN CAME DEATH. At the apex of time, Adam and Eve did not BELIEVE the word of GOD: the TRUTH (Genesis 2:16-17, 3:2–3) and instead believed the LIES of the devil, aka Satan (Genesis 3:4), that “crooked serpent” (Job 26:10). As a consequence ALL human beings were CONDEMNED TO DEATH. However, God then sent his only begotten Son Jesus, at the right time, in the fullness of time, to bring and to spread the WORD OF LIFE: “[THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE]” (John 3:15).
