“I NEVER KNEW YOU:”
These
words will be among the last words heard by untold numbers of people on this
earth.
Many
people may brush off these words of warning but, we who are now called in the
Kingdom of God take heed to these words seriously.
When
Jesus returns on the Day of Judgment on the Last Day, he says: “Not every one
that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he
that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 7:21).
“Many
will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and
in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, [I NEVER KNEW YOU]: depart from me, ye that
work iniquity” (Matthew 7:21-23).
“And
shall cast them into a furnace of fire: [THERE SHALL BE WAILING AND GNASHING OF
TEETH]. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their
Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear” (Matthew 13:42-43).
The
Apostle Paul reminded us, said: “Work out
your own salvation with fear and trembling that ye may approve things
that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the [DAY OF
CHRIST]” (Philippians 2:12, 1:10).
