Going to HEAVEN?
“Jesus
Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8), says: “Not
every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of
heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven” (Matthew
7:21).
“Enter
ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that
leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat; because strait
is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be
that find it” (Matthew 7:13–14).
“For
many are called, but few are chosen” (Matthew 22:14).
Jesus,
when his disciples asked: “Who then can be saved?’ answered: “With men this is impossible; but with God
all things are possible” (Matthew 19:25-26).
“For
the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son” (John
5:22).
“Who
will render to every man according to his deeds:
To
them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and
immortality, eternal life:
But
unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey
unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, Tribulation and anguish, upon every
soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;
But
glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and
also to the Gentile:
For
there is no respect of persons with God” (Romans 2:6-11).
