TRIAL of our F A I T H.
"The
LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul
hateth” (Psalm 11:5).
“Blessed
is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the
crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him” (James
1:12).
In
the last years of time the prophet Daniel foretold, saying: “Many shall be
purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none
of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand” (Daniel 12:10).
We
would be wise to be righteous than to be wicked.
To
be righteous is to succeed in passing the test of time:the trial of our faith
of this lifetime to inherit everlasting life and peace (Matthew 25:31–34).
To
be wicked is to lose the time of this lifetime and inherit everlasting death
and punishment (Matthew 25:41, 46).
“Blessed
be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore” (Psalm113:2).
“Blessed
be the LORD God of Israel from everlasting to everlasting: and let all the people
say, Amen. Praise ye the LORD” (Psalm 106:48).
