J E S U S is the Lord of Glory (1 Corinthians 2:8) (James 2:1).
It
doesn’t matter what the prince of this world whose name is Lucifer, the devil,
aka Satan does from now to the end of this world, we are not to be fearful
because Jesus is more powerful because he is the Word of God, and he says: “I
beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven” (Luke 10:18). “For there are three
that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these
three are one” (1 John 5:7).
“The
Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. He that believeth
on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not
see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him” (John 3:35-36).
Let
us also be reminded, Jesus says: “All power is given unto me in heaven and in
earth” (Matthew 28:18).
Therefore,
whatever the devil, aka Satan does is only to further God’s will to bring time
to an end (Acts 17:30-31).
Let
us be reminded that when Jesus ascended up to heaven his Father said: “Sit thou
at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool” (Psalm 110:1).
On
the day that Jesus returns to earth, only God knows the day and hour (Matthew
24:36), the word of God says: “And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the
Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness
of his coming” (2 Thessalonians 2:8).
We
must never forget that Jesus also says: “I am he that liveth, and was dead; and,
behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death”
(Revelation 1:18).
“And,
behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according
as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the
first and the last” (Revelation 22:12-13).
