KEY SIGNS of the forthcoming return of JESUS.
What
are the keys sign indicating the imminent return of Jesus?
The
key signs will be in the JERUSALEM.
What
did our Lord, Savior and King explain to his disciples when they asked: “Tell
us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of thy coming, and
of the end of the world?” (Matthew 24:3).
“When
ye therefore shall [SEE THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION], spoken of by Daniel the
prophet, [STAND IN THE HOLY PLACE], standing where it ought not (whoso readeth,
let him understand)” (Matthew 24:15).
“And
when ye shall [SEE JERUSALEM COMPASSED WITH ARMIES], then know that the
desolation thereof is nigh” (Luke 21:20).
“Then
let them which be in Judæa flee into the mountains. Let him which is on the
housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house. Neither let him
which is in the field return back to take his clothes. And woe unto them that
are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your
flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day. For then shall be
great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this
time, no, nor ever shall be” (Matthew 24:16-21).
“And
EXCEPT THOSE DAYS SHOULD BE SHORTENED, there should [NO FLESH BE SAVED: BUT FOR
THE ELECT’S SAKE] those days [SHALL BE SHORTENED]” (Matthew 24:22).
“[IMMEDIATELY
AFTER THE TRIBULATION OF THOSE DAYS] shall the sun be darkened, and the moon
shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers
of the heavens shall be shaken:”(Matthew 24:29).
“And
then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the
tribes of the earth mourn, [AND THEY SHALL SEE THE SON OF MAN COMING IN THE
CLOUDS OF HEAVEN WITH POWER AND GREAT GLORY]” (Matthew 24:30).
“[SO
LIKEWISE YE, WHEN YE SEE THESE THINGS COME TO PASS], know ye that the Kingdom
of God is nigh at hand; then look up, and lift up your heads; for your
redemption draweth nigh” (Luke 21:31, 28).
“Behold,
I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest
he walk naked, and they see his shame” (Revelation 16:15).
