What is God?

Jesus, the only begotten Son of God says: “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:23–24).

“Behold, God is mighty, and despiseth not any: he is mighty in strength and wisdom” (Jib 36:5).

“God is the LORD, which hath shewed us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar. Thou art my God, and I will praise thee: thou art my God, I will exalt thee. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever” (Psalm 118:27-29).

“PRAISE ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD” (Psalm 150:1, 6).

“Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD” (Jeremiah 9:23-24).

“Thus saith the LORD the maker thereof, the LORD that formed it, to establish it; the LORD is his name” (Jeremiah 33:2).
“Blessed be the LORD God of Israel from everlasting to everlasting: and let all the people say, Amen. Praise ye the LORD” (Psalm 106:48).

Jesus is not coming to reign on this earth because at the end of the Day of Judgment, this earth will become uninhabitable (Isaiah 24:19) (Revelation 16:17–18). This heaven and earth is not a space of everlasting habitations.   This heaven and earth will pass away (Jeremiah 4:23) (Revelation 21:1). God “hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation” (Acts 17:26). Jesus is very clear when he says: “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away” (Matthew 24:35). “The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. The rise of the Antichrist is coming! The day is soon coming when a king will rise to power ruling from Jerusalem, and he will deceive the whole world! DO NOT BE DECEIVED! “[IN HOPE OF ETERNAL LIFE, WHICH GOD], that cannot lie, [PROMISED BEFORE THE WORLD BEGAN]” (Titus 1:2). After Noah and his family came out of the ark after the great flood, God promised that the earth will not perish again by a great flood. God declared to Noah: “[I DO SET MY BOW IN THE CLOUD], and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh” (Genesis 9:13, 15). God promised to to save human beings who believe in his only begotten Son before heaven and earth perishes by fire on the Last Day. “[FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD, THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE].
