G O D of All FLESH.
“Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh:
is there anything too hard for me?” (Jeremiah 32:27).
“For the LORD is great, and greatly to be
praised: he is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the nations are
idols: but the LORD made the heavens” (Psalm 96:4–5).
Jesus, the only begotten Son of God when his
disciples asked: “Who then can be saved?’ answered: “With men this is impossible; but with God
all things are possible” (Matthew 19:25-26).
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his
only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have
everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world;
but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not
condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not
believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:16-18).
“For
the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son” (John
5:22).
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is
coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God, and
shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and
they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. I can of mine own
self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek
not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me” (John 5:25,
29–30).
