FOLLOW JESUS TO PARADISE.
Jesus
says: “No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for
the Kingdom of God” (Luke 9:62). “But he that shall endure unto the end, the
same shall be saved” (Matthew 24:13).
“Take
heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in
departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called
To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we
are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence
stedfast unto the end” (Hebrews 3:12-14).
“Now
we beseech you, brethren, by the [COMING OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, AND BY OUR
GATHERING TOGETHER UNTO HIM], whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the
obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, brethren, stand
fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or
our epistle. Now our Lord Jesus Christ
himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us
everlasting consolation and good hope through grace” (2 Thessalonians 2:1,
14-16).
“For
the lord himself shall descend from [HEAVEN] with a shout, with the voice of
the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in christ shall rise
first, then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them
in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the
Lord. “Wherefore comfort one another with these words” (1 Thessalonians
4:16–18).
“Therefore
let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. For they that
sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.
But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith
and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. For God hath not appointed
us to wrath, but to [OBTAIN SALVATION BY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST]” (1
Thessalonians 5:6-9).
“He
that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him
that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst
of the paradise of God” (Revelation 2:7).
