BELIEVE EVERY word of GOD.
Jesus,
the only begotten Son of God says: “It is written, that man shall not live by
bread alone, but by [EVERY] word of God” (Luke 4:4).
Now,
in the previous POST, Jesus expressed of his coming saying: “I tell you, in
that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the
other shall be left” (Luke 17:34).
A person
commented saying: “Do not agree about two men in bed”.
Jesus
warns says: “But I say unto you, that [EVERY IDLE WORD] that men shall speak,
they shall give account thereof in the [DAY OF JUDGMENT]. For by thy words thou
shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned” (Matthew
12:36-37).
“He
that rejecteth me, and [RECEIVETH NOT MY WORDS], hath one that judgeth him: the
word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the [LAST DAY]” (John
12:48).
Jesus
also expressed on the day when he comes, says: “When the Son of man shall come
in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the
throne of his glory:
And
before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from
another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the
sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
Then
shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father,
inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
For
I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I
was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye
visited me: [I WAS IN PRISON, AND YE CAME UNTO ME]. Then shall the righteous
answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or
thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or
naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto
thee?
And
the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye
have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto
me” (Matthew 25:31-40).
In
the foregoing Jesus said: “[I WAS IN PRISON, AND YE CAME UNTO ME]”: In most
prisons due to the size of the prison cells there are bunk beds, one bed divided
with twin mattresses, one on the top and the other below, in one bed frame.
Therefore,
there is NO MISUNDERSTANDING when Jesus says: “I tell you, in that night there
shall be two men in [ONE BED]; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be
left” (Luke 17:34).
We
must be very careful not to doubt the word of GOD!
“For
precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon
line; here a little, and there a little” (Isaiah 28:10).
The word
of GOD is PERFECT; BELIEVE EVERY WORD OF GOD!
In
glory of the Father; the Son and the Holy Spirit: Amen.
