“Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read” (Isaiah 34:16).
The
word of God is past, present and prophecy.
From the beginning of time, “The LORD gave the word: great was the company of
those that published it” (Psalm 68:11).
“It
is written, that man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God”
(Luke 4:4).
“Jesus
Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8) says: “It is
written, that man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God”
(Luke 4:4).
“He
that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word
that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the Last Day” (John 12:48).
“It
is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I
speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life” (John 6:63).
“Heaven
and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away” (Matthew 24:35).
“Forever,
O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven” (Psalm 119:89).
