H E A V E N.
We
must dally keep our hearts fixed on getting to HEAVEN where our Lord, Savior
and King Jesus Christ dwells FOREVER.
“Then
said Jesus unto his disciples, ‘If any man will come after me, let him deny
himself, and take up his cross, and follow me’” (Matthew 16:24). “And he that
taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me” (Matthew
10:38).
“Lay
not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt,
and where thieves break through and steal. But lay up for yourselves treasures
in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not
break through nor steal. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be
also” (Matthew 6:19-21).
“For
since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear,
neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him
that waiteth for him” (Isaiah 64:4).
“The
LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. The LORD is
good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. It is good that
a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD” (Lamentation
3:24-26).
