Celebrations of New Years or Newness of LIFE (John 3:16-18) (Romans 6:1-4)?

Image
There is a year coming that will be the Last Year and Last Day on this earth. Unfortunately, untold numbers of people may find these words inappropriate at this time and would rather out celebrating the New Year festivities to usher 2019! However, as graphic as this photograph may be to many people, there is no hiding the TRUTH: word of God. “Forever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven” (Psalm 119:89). “Thy word is [TRUE] from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth forever” (Psalm 119:160).   “Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded” (Proverbs 13:13). “And the times of this ignorance God winked at but now [COMMANDETH] all men everywhere to repent. Because he hath [APPOINTED A DAY], in which he will [JUDGE THE WORLD] in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained” (Acts 17:30-31). “For we must all appear before the [JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST]; that every one may receive th...

New Year’s resolutions:

Image
At the end of every year prior to the oncoming year, the goal and ambition is to set goals for accomplishments in the New Year, and it is customary for people to make New Years’ Resolutions which run the gamut from – -                     “I am going to be a better person” -                     “I am going to exercise to become more fit” -                     “I am going to save more money” -                     “I am going to buy a new car” -                     “I am going to buy a new house” - ...

World Peace?

Image
Every year that passes by in this world into a new year, the ambitious goal is that one day there will be world peace. Is there going to be world peace in 2019? The Apostle Paul expressly said, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Ephesians 6:12). “For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil” (Romans 13:3). The god of this world, the prince of this world, the prince of the power of the air, the dragon, that old serpent, the Devil, also known as Satan, the wicked one, the fallen once anointed angel, Lucifer, and all his fallen angels which are locked in chains of darkness continue to deceive humans into believing that one day there is going to be a New World order which will ursher in world peace on this earth. Do not fall into the web of deceit and lies of the prince of this world “because he knoweth that h...

P R A Y E R. O God in the name of Jesus, hear our prayer: We give you thanks for bringing us into this day; We give you thanks for supplying our needs this day; We give you thanks for healing us from our diseases this day; We give you thanks for your blessings and mercies this day; O God, in the name of your beloved Son Jesus we pray. “IT is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night; to shew that the LORD is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.   Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore” (Psalms 92:1-2, 15, 113:2). AMEN

RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD after JESUS CHRIST or after the Rudiments of the world?

Image
“The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works” (Psalm 145:17). “For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright” (Psalm 11:7). “The LORD liveth, in truth, in judgment, and in righteousness” (Jeremiah 4:2). “Offer the sacrifices of [RIGHTEOUSNESS], and put your trust in the LORD” (Psalm 4:5). “[BEWARE] lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the [RUDIMENTS OF THE WORLD], and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.   And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power” (Colossians 2:8-10). “IF ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also app...

GOD rewards us according to our Works.

Image
“I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings” (Jeremiah 17:10). “With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful; with an upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright; With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself froward. For thou wilt save the afflicted people; but wilt bring down high looks” (Psalm 18:25-27). “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life” (Proverbs 4:23). “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences” (2 Corinthians 5:10-11). “For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son” (John 5:22). “Who ...

Looking for Love? Look to GOD: For GOD is LOVE.

Image
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16). “For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But [GOD COMMENDETH HIS LOVE TOWARD US, IN THAT, WHILE WE WERE YET SINNERS, CHRIST DIED FOR US]. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life” (Romans 5:6-10). “Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him” (1 John 4:15-16). “Herein is our love made perfect, that we ma...

Every day walk in FAITH with GOD by FOLLOWING JESUS CHRIST.

Image
Let us be reminded how Abraham walked faithfully with God. “AND when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, ‘I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect’” (Genesis 17:1). “By [FAITH] Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. By [FAITH] he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God” (Hebrews 11:8-10). Also, let us bring into remembrance how Enoch also walked faithfully with God as it is written: “And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him” (Genesis 5:24). “By [FAITH] Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had th...

Quickening Spirit = Celestial body = Immortality = Eternal Life

Image
Human beings were created from the dust of this earth (Genesis 2:7). Our human bodies were not made to last forever. To live forever our mortal bodies must be changed to become immortal. “There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another. There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory” (1 Corinthians 15:40–41). To see and be with God and Jesus in the heavens at the end of this world we must become quickening spirits (John 5:21–22). “The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly” (1 Corinthians 15:47–49). When Jesus arose from the dead, he obtained a celestial body. At the end of time, those who are rewarded with the gift of eternal light can die no more and will be...

Where is GOD?

Image
“Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth? It is he that sitteth upon the [CIRCLE OF THE EARTH], and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in” (Isaiah 40:21-22). “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork” (Psalm 19:1). “Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: he is excellent in power, and in judgment, and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict. Men do therefore fear him: he respecteth not any that are wise of heart” (Job 37:23–24). “[NO MAN HATH SEEN GOD] at any time; [THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON], which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him” (John 1:18). “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, [THE MAN CHRIST JESUS]: who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time” (1 Timothy 2:5–6). Awake to KNOWLEGDE OF GOD.

Image
When will the world wake up to Knowledge of   God, and follow Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God? “Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the [KNOWLEDGE OF GOD]” (1 Corinthians 15:34).    “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the [KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH]” (1 Timothy 2:3-4).   “For God so loved the world, that he gave his [ONLY BEGOTTEN SON], that whosoever [BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD] not perish, but [HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE]. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved” (John 3:16-17). “He that [BELIEVETH ON HIM IS NOT CONDEMNED]: but he that [BELIEVETH NOT IS CONDEMNED ALREADY], because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:18). “And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now [COMMANDETH ALL MEN EVERY WHERE TO REPENT]: Because he hath [APPOINTED...

TIME is coming to an END (Revelation 11:18).

Image
In the Book of Revelation John revealed, said: “And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire. And he had in his hand a little book open; and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth, and sware by him that liveth forever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be [TIME NO LONGER]” (Revelation 10:1–2, 6). As we ponder this passage of Scripture, and look around this world today, let us not be misled into believing that we have time because all seems so set in place on this earth. All the countries, nations, and kingdoms of this world will become desolate and laid to waste when the earth is finally melted away (2 Peter 3:12). “For, behold, the LORD cometh forth out of his place, and will come ...

DAY of the LORD.

Image
“This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24). Every day that passes by is one more day closer to the end of the world, and the coming of our Lord, Savior and King Jesus Christ (Matthew 13:37-43, 24:1-4, 36) (1 Thessalonians 4:16-18) (Revelation 11:18, 20:12-15). However, Jesus says: “But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only” (Matthew 24:36). “But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be” (Matthew 24:37). “Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come” (Matthew 24:42).

Believe in God? Believe in Jesus?

Image
The irony is that throughout the ages to this day, untold numbers of people proclaim “I believe in God” or “I believe there is a God” and so on; yet, refuse to believe in the only begotten Son of God, Jesus. “[NO MAN HATH SEEN GOD] at any time; [THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON], which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him” (John 1:18). How can anyone believe in God or believe that there is a God who they have not seen? If anyone believes in God or there is God then logically speaking the same belief must be in Jesus the only begotten Son of God because he is in the bosom of the Father. “For there is [ONE GOD], and [ONE MEDIATOR BETWEEN GOD AND MEN], the man [CHRIST JESUS]: who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time” (1 Timothy 2:5–6). “For God so loved the world, that he gave his [ONLY BEGOTTEN SON], that whosoever [BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD] not perish, but [HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE]. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; b...

F A I T H in GOD and JESUS CHRIST or Riches of the world?

Image
Our lifetime on this earth is filled with ups and downs, twists and turns and so on, However, there is no escaping the the word of God: TRUTH (Luke 16:13) (John 3:16-18). James, the brother of Jesus asked: “Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him?” (James 2:5). “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1). James also asked, “What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? Can faith save him?” (James 2:14). “Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone” (James 2:17). “Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? And the Scripture was fulfilled which saith, ‘Abraham [BELIEVED] God, and [IT WAS IMPUTED UNTO HIM FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS]: and he was called th...

Our Lifetime: What is it about?

Image
It’s not about how brilliant we are; It’s not about how much money we have; It’s not about how much possessions we owned; It’s not about how well known we are; It’s not about us: Our lifetime on this earth is all about how much FAITH we have in GOD! “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him” (Hebrews 11:6). “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1). “[NO MAN HATH SEEN GOD] at any time; [THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON], which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him” (John 1:18). “For God so loved the world, that he gave his [ONLY BEGOTTEN SON], that whosoever [BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD] not perish, but [HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE]. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved” (John 3:16-17) JESUS, the only begotten Son of God...

The LORD is G O D.

“Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually” (1 Chronicles 16:11). “Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture” (Psalm 100:2-3). “Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near” (Isaiah 55:6). “Seek him that maketh the seven stars and Orion, and turneth the shadow of death into the morning, and maketh the day dark with night: that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name” (Amos 5:8). “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him” (Hebrews 11:6). “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1). “While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are ...

Jesus is NOT coming back to this earth to reign for a 1000 years on this earth; Jesus is coming at the end of the world on the Last Day for the Day of Judgment (Matthew 24:36) (Acts 17:30-31) (Revelation 11:18, 20:12–15). Jesus’ kingdom in in HEAVEN! Jesus says: “The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel” (Mark 1:15). “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come” (Matthew 24:14). “Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish” (Luke 13:3). “For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me” (John 6:38). “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal. But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal. For where your treasure is, there ...

Celebrate today God’s SALVATION: The birth of JESUS CHRIST.

Image
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved” (John 3:16-17). God sent his only begotten Son JESUS to this earth for “a light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel” (Luke 2:32). Jesus, our Lord, Savior and King who appointed the Apostle Paul to be the apostle to the Gentiles said: “For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office” (Romans 11:13).   “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus” (Romans 3:23-24).   “So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation” (Hebrews 9:28). “O the depth of the ric...

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, the mighty God, the everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever” (Isaiah 9:6–7).

We celebrate of the utmost significance the birth of Christ for he is the Salvation of GOD. God sent Jesus to this earth for “a light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel” (Luke 2:32). “In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him” (1 John 4:9). MERRY CHRISTMAS!

JESUS CHRIST IS BORN.

Image
The birth of Jesus Christ, “Christ of God” or “Salvation of God” (Luke 9:20) (Luke 2:30-32) is probably the most significant event of time, and this holiday season for those who do not know the word of God, let us spread and share the message of God’s love of his gift of his only begotten Son to humanity (John 3:16-17) (1 John 4:8-10). Jesus says: “‘He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me. And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me. I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness’” (John 12:44–46).

JESUS was sent to eath to be the SALVATION OF GOD.

Image
We celebrate of the utmost significance the birth of Christ for he is the SALVATION OF GOD. This was made apparent by Simeon, a just and devout man in Jerusalem who it was revealed by the Holy Spirit that he would not die until he had seen the Lord’s Christ (Luke 2: 25-26). When Simeon saw Jesus for the first time he said: “For mine eyes have seen thy [SALVATION], which thou hast prepared before the face of all people; A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel” (Luke 2:30-32). “Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath visited and redeemed his people, And hath raised up an horn of [SALVATION] for us in the house of his servant David; As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began” (Luke 1:68-70). “Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judæa in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star i...
