Why does this world have to END?
The
word of God says: “For I will not contend forever, neither will I be always
wroth: for the spirit should fail before me, and the souls which I have made”
(Isaiah 57:16).
“God
that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven
and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; Neither is worshipped with
men’s hands, as though he needed anything, seeing he giveth to all life, and
breath, and all things; And hath made of
one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and
hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation”
(Acts 17:24-26).
“For
we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until
now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the
Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to
wit, the redemption of our body” (Romans 8:22-23).
“Therefore
we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we
are absent from the Lord” (2 Corinthians 5:6–7).
“For
we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth,
why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with
patience wait for it” (Romans 8:24-25).
“Now
faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”
(Hebrews 11:1).
“While
we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen:
for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen
are eternal” (2 Corinthians 4:18).
