The entire E A R T H will be in Darkness before the coming of J E S U S.
There is coming a day on this earth when the
sun and moon will not shine, and there will be a period of darkness. “The sun
shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and
notable day of the Lord come” (Acts 2:20).
Unfortunately, untold numbers of people will continue
living as normal: partying, drinking, sleeping, having fun or anything to pass
the time. However, the Holy Scriptures tells the elect in the Kingdom of God to
W A T C H!
Our Lord, Savior and King explained of his
coming, saying: “Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and
keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame” (Revelation
16:15).
“But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that
that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light” (1
Thessalonians 5:4–5).
“Therefore let us not sleep, as do others;
but let us watch and be sober. For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they
that be drunken are drunken in the night. But let us, who are of the day, be
sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the
hope of salvation. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain
salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Thessalonians 5:6-9).
“And it shall come to pass, that whosoever
shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in
Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom
the LORD shall call” (Joel 2:32).
“Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the
coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of
the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter
rain. Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord
draweth nigh” (James 5:7–8).
“Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know
not when the time is” (Mark 13:33).
“Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day
nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh” (Matthew 25:13).
