DAY OF JUDGMENT: inner SPIRIT or outward appearance?

We live in a world where we are judged by the way we look, what we own, where we live and so on.

More than likely we have heard or used the metaphorical phrase “Do not judge a book by its cover” which is means that we shouldn’t prejudice the value or worth of someone or something by the outward appearance.

For it is written: “Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment” (John 7:24).

On the Last Day, the Day of Judgment, Jesus is not going to judge us by the way we look; what we own; where we live; and so on; we will be all judged by righteousness (Acts 17:30-31).

“For God will not lay upon man more than right; that he should enter into judgment with God” (Job 34:23).

“For there is no respect of persons with God” (Romans 2:11).

“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad” (2 Corinthians 5:10).

“The Lord knoweth them that are his” (2 Timothy 2:19). “Now if any man has not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his” (Romans 8:9).

Jesus, the only begotten Son of God says: “For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son” (John 5:22).

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;

And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.

Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me” (John 5:24-30).

“And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be” (Revelation 22:13).

God is Good. “THERE IS NONE GOOD BUT ONE, THAT IS, GOD:” (Matthew 19:17), says Jesus, the Only Begotten Son of God.

The POWER OF GOD and HIS ONLY BEFOTTEN SON (Genesis 1:1-31) (John 1:1-4, 14, 3:16-18): Human beings who die in JESUS CHRIST NEVER SEE DEATH: BELIEVE THIS! (John 8:51, 10:19, 27-30).

Give God the FATHER THANKS for ALL THINGS and for giving his ONLY BEGOTTEN SON (John 3:16-18).
