“For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God” (1 Corinthians 3:19). “Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is an enemy of God” (James 4:4), says James, the brother of JESUS. “[WHO IS AMONG YOU THAT FEARETH] the LORD, that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh in darkness, and hath no light? Our Lord Jesus also reminds us, says: “[GOD IS A SPIRIT: AND THEY THAT WORSHIP HIM MUST WORSHIP HIM IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH]; [BUT THE HOUR COMETH, AND NOW IS, WHEN THE TRUE WORSHIPPERS SHALL WORSHIP THE FATHER IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH]: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.” (John 4:24, 23). Now that Christmas is past this year, let us ALWAYS be reminded DAILY to give GOD THANKS and PRAISE in the name JESUS CHRIST for our very existence on this earth! “[WHEN THEY SAW THE STAR, THEY REJOICED WITH EXCEEDING GREAT JOY]. And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: [AND WHEN THEY HAD OPENED THEIR TREASURES, THEY PRESENTED UNTO HIM GIFTS]; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh” (Matthew 2:10-11). When we present gifts during the Christmas Season, we are in fact demonstrating our Love to God for given us His Only Begotten Son, JESUS CHRIST, the SALVATION OF GOD. This was made apparent by Simeon, a just and devout man in Jerusalem who it was revealed by the Holy Spirit that he would not die until he had seen the Lord’s Christ (Luke 2: 25-26).
