Heavenly FATHER in the name of JESUS we PRAY to give you thanks for bringing us through 2019, and for your continued GOODNESS, BLESSINGS AND MERCIES throughout 2020. Amen. “The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen” (Philippians 4:23). “Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen” (Romans 15:33).

“IT is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night” (Psalm 92:1-2). “My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. If we know to say “Thank you” to another human being when an act of kindness is done for us, then we MUST GIVE THANKS TO GOD because he CREATED ALL THINGS (Genesis 1:1). “For all the earth is mine” (Exodus 19:5). Is there going to be world peace in 2020? Every year that passes by in this world into a new year, the ambitious goal is that one day there will be world peace. The Apostle Paul expressly said, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Ephesians 6:12). “For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil” (Romans 13:3). The god of this world, the prince of this world, the prince of the power of the air, the dragon, that old serpent, the Devil, also known as Satan, the wicked one, the fallen once anointed angel, Lucifer, and all his fallen angels which are locked in chains of darkness continue to deceive humans into believing that one day there is going to be a New World order which will usher in world peace on this earth. Now that the gifts have been exchanged and opened; now that the partying has ended; now that the day has passed; now what? What is next? Now, anyone celebrating CHRISTMAS and NOT JESUS’ RESURRECTION is celebrating IN VAIN CHRISTMAS! To celebrate CHRISTMAS is celebrate JESUS’ VICOTRY ON THE CROSS OF CALVARY (Luke 23:33)! When our Lord JESUS was born the Holy Spirit revealed to a just and devout man in Jerusalem name Simeon   that he would not die until he had seen the Lord’s Christ (Luke 2: 25-26). When Simeon saw Jesus for the first time he said: “For mine eyes have seen thy [SALVATION], which thou hast prepared before the face of all people; [A LIGHT TO LIGHTEN THE GENTILES, AND THE GLORY OF THY PEOPLE ISRAEL]” (Luke 2:30-32). This was made apparent by Simeon, a just and devout man in Jerusalem who it was revealed by the Holy Spirit that he would not die until he had seen the Lord’s Christ (Luke 2: 25-26). When Simeon saw Jesus for the first time he said: “[FOR MINE EYES HAVE SEEN THY SALVATION], which thou hast prepared before the face of all people; [A LIGHT TO LIGHTEN THE GENTILES, AND THE GLORY OF THY PEOPLE ISRAEL]” (Luke 2:30-32). “To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen” (1 Peter 5:11).

Before the birth of Jesus there was a STAR IN THE SKY IN THE EAST WHICH WAS A GUIDE FOR THE WISE MEN to find the place where he was born in Bethlehem(Matthew 2:1-2, 9). Just as the star in the east was sign of the birth of our King, one day there will be a sign of the coming of Jesus Christ just before he returns to earth on the Last Day. “[FOR AS THE LIGHTNING COMETH OUT OF THE EAST], and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory” (Matthew 24:27, 39). “So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors” (Matthew 24:33). “Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come” (Matthew 24:42).

The irony is that this holiday season untold amounts of money will be spent on gifts to be given for CHRISTMAS, and yet, the FREE GIFT which was GIVEN by GOD has not or is not being RECEIVED by untold numbers of people.
