Last years
We must live in faith every day with our feet
firm in the gospel because the day is coming when life we know will be changed
drastically. Jesus has told us that “All these are the beginning of sorrows”
(Matthew 24:6-8).
Unfortunatley, untold numbers of people
refuse, reject or even redicule the word of God. Jesus encourages us when he
says: ought to pray and not faint (Luke 18:1) because the Scriptures says “if
thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small” (Proverbs 24:10).
“Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour
out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us” (Psalm 62:8).
“The
LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that
trust in him” (Nahum 1:7).
