The word of GOD or the world? The Truth is the TRUTH is THE TRUTH! We must stand fast in the TRUTH of the LIGHT of the Gospel by the word of GOD, and not be led astray in the lies of this world. “For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth” (2 Corinthians 13:8).

“For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the [KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH]” (1 Timothy 2:3-4).

“For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven” (Psalm 119:89).

By the word of God, we have been warned that the time will come when many will not endure sound doctrine and will turn away their ears from the truth, which will be turned into fables (2 Timothy 4:3–4).

“But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work” (James 3:14–16).

From the very beginning of time Lucifer, the prince of this world, the great dragon, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan (Revelation 12:9) has lied and deceived human beings (Genesis 3:2–4).

In this present time, the lies are so virulent given the prevalence of live media everywhere that unless human beings have the word of God, the TRUTH, they will be swept away in the sea of lies and deceits.

It doesn’t matter how big the parcel of land, mansion, yacht, sports car, jewelry or art collection or millions in bank accounts, do not deceived into worshipping the devil, aka Satan because when Jesus was here on earth, he also tried offer him the kingdoms of this world.

“Again, the Devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; and saith unto him, ‘All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.’ Then saith Jesus unto him, ‘Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, [THOU SHALT WORSHIP THE LORD THY GOD, AND HIM ONLY SHALT THOU SERVE].’ Then the Devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him” (Matthew 4:3–11).

The earth does not belong to the devil becase God says: “For all the earth is mine” (Exodus 19:5).

God has given all power in heaven and earth to his only begotten Son Jesus (Matthew 28:18).

“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus: who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time” (1 Timothy 2:5–6).

Jesus stated it best when he said: “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” (Mark 8:36-37).

We must therefore especially in this present time, be watchful in all things to keep at the forefront of our daily lives the love of the word of GOD and not the love of this world (Luke 4:4).

“[THY WORD IS A LAMP UNTO MY FEET, AND A LIGHT UNTO MY PATH]” (Psalm 119:105).

“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him” (1 John 2:15).

To do the will of GOD is to BELIEVE the word of GOD is to BELIEVE in the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD: “That whosoever [BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD] not perish, but [HAVE ETERNAL LIFE]” (John 3:15).

“Jesus Christ the same [YESTERDAY], and [TODAY], and [FOREVER]” (Hebrews 13:8).

“Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, [WORLD WITHOUT END]. Amen” (Ephesians 3:21).

“To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen” (1 Peter 5:11).
