Wisdom of GOD versus ‘smart world’.

We live in world where the word ‘smart’ is now used as a preface or prefix in just about anything related to technological advancement:

Smart phone, smart appliance, smart car, smart home, smart city and so on.

However smart the things of this world becomes we must never forget that when our Lord Jesus Christ was here he testified that the works of this world were evil.

Jesus says: “The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the [WORKS THEREOF ARE EVIL]” (John 7:7).

“See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise; Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is” (Ephesians 5:15-17).

Now, the day is soon coming in this world when the ultimate in so called ‘smartness’ will be ushered in when the Antichrist rises to power.

As it is written:

“And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads. And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name” (Revelation 13:16-17).

Let us keep faithful to God and our Lord Jesus Christ to the end.

“For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God” (1 Corinthians 3:19).

“He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: he that keepeth understanding shall find good” (Proverbs 19:8).

“For it is written, ‘I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.’ For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe” (1 Corinthians 1:18–19, 21).
“The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD” (Lamentation 3:24-26).

God is Good. “THERE IS NONE GOOD BUT ONE, THAT IS, GOD:” (Matthew 19:17), says Jesus, the Only Begotten Son of God.

The POWER OF GOD and HIS ONLY BEFOTTEN SON (Genesis 1:1-31) (John 1:1-4, 14, 3:16-18): Human beings who die in JESUS CHRIST NEVER SEE DEATH: BELIEVE THIS! (John 8:51, 10:19, 27-30).

Give God the FATHER THANKS for ALL THINGS and for giving his ONLY BEGOTTEN SON (John 3:16-18).
