The LORD’s PRAYER (Matthew 6:9-13): Every Day - Morning and Night.
“IT is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the [MORNING], and thy faithfulness every [NIGHT]” (Psalm 92:1-2).
The Holy Scriptures says: Be not rash with thy
mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God
is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few”
(Ecclesiastes 5:2).
JESUS, the only begotten Son of God says:
“[WHEN YE PRAY, USE NOT VAIN REPETITIONS], as the heathen do: for they think
that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto
them: [FOR YOUR FATHER KNOWETH WHAT THINGS YE HAVE NEED OF, BEFORE YE ASK HIM]”
(Matthew 6:7-8)
“[AFTER THIS MANNER THEREFORE PRAY YE]: Our
Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth,
as it is in heaven. [GIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD]. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our
debtors. And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the
glory, for ever. Amen” (Matthew 6:9-13).
