KEEP STEADFAST upon the word of God, the TRUTH (Genesis 1:1 – Revelation 22:21. KJV)! “For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth” (2 Corinthians 13:8).
“[AND LET THE PEACE OF GOD RULE IN YOUR HEARTS], to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful” (Colossians 3:12-15).
By the word of God, we have been warned that
the time will come when many will not endure sound doctrine and will turn away
their ears from the truth, which will be turned into fables (2 Timothy 4:3–4);
“Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth” (2
Timothy 3:7).
Let us be reminded that Jesus told his followers
who believed in him, saying: “If [YE CONTINUE IN MY WORD], then are ye my
disciples indeed; and [YE SHALL KNOW THE TRUTH], and [THE TRUTH SHALL MAKE YOU
FREE]” (John 8:31-32).
“[BLESSED ARE THEY THAT HEAR THE WORD] of God,
and keep it” (Luke 11:28). “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh
profiteth nothing: [THE WORDS THAT I SPEAK UNTO YOU, THEY ARE SPIRIT, AND THEY
ARE LIFE]” (John 6:63).
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that
[HEARETH MY WORD], and [BELIEVETH] on him that sent me, hath [EVERLASTING
LIFE], and shall not come into condemnation; but is [PASSED FROM DEATH UNTO
LIFE]” (John 5:24).
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep
my saying, he shall [NEVER SEE DEATH]” (John 8:51).
“[HE THAT REJECTETH ME, AND RECEIVETH NOT MY
WORDS], hath one that judgeth him: [THE WORD THAT I HAVE SPOKEN, THE SAME SHALL
JUDGE HIM IN THE LAST DAY]” (John 12:48).
“Heaven and earth shall pass away, but [MY
WORDS SHALL NOT PASS AWAY]” (Matthew 24:35).
“[FOR AS A SNARE SHALL IT COME ON ALL THEM
THAT DWELL ON THE FACE OF THE WHOLE EARTH].
[WATCH YE THEREFORE, AND PRAY ALWAYS], that ye
may be accounted [WORTHY TO ESCAPE ALL THESE THINGS] that shall come to pass,
[AND TO STAND BEFORE] the Son of man” (Luke 21:35-36).
The Apostle Paul, the apostle to the Gentiles
expressed and warned to us, saying: “[WORK OUT YOUR OWN SALVATION WITH FEAR AND
TREMBLING] that ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be
sincere and without offence till the [DAY OF CHRIST]” (Philippians 2:12, 1:10).
“[FOR THIS IS GOOD AND ACCEPTABLE IN THE SIGHT
OF GOD OUR SAVIOUR; WHO WILL HAVE ALL MEN TO BE SAVED, AND TO COME UNTO THE
KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH]” (1 Timothy 2:3-4).
“For we must [ALL] appear before the [JUDGMENT
SEAT OF CHRIST]; that every one may receive the things done in his body,
according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad” (2 Corinthians
5:10).
“And with all [DECEIVABLENESS OF
UNRIGHTEOUSNESS] in them that [PERISH]; because they [RECEIVED NOT] the [LOVE
OF THE TRUTH], that they might be [SAVED]. And for this cause God shall send
them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: that they all might be
damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness” (2
Thessalonians 2:10–12).
“Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of
you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one
another [DAILY], while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through
the deceitfulness of sin. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the
beginning of our confidence stedfast [UNTO THE END]” (Hebrews 3:12-14).
“[NOW THE GOD OF PEACE BE WITH YOU ALL]. Amen”
(Romans 15:33).
