GOD IS A LIVING GOD: “[FOR HE IS NOT A GOD OF THE DEAD, BUT OF THE LIVING: FOR ALL LIVE UNTO HIM]” (Luke 20:38).

“Talking with the dead”? There was a popular TV show years ago with a similar title where the audience asked questions to inquire about relatives who have died. But is this the right thing to do?

The answer is unequivocally NO!

When our relatives have passed away, we must NOT try to do such things to try to ‘TALK TO THE DEAD’! This is REBELLION against God!

“For [REBELLION IS AS THE SIN OF WITCHCRAFT], and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry” (1 Samuel 15:22).

WITCHCRAFT is the works of the Flesh!

The Apostle Paul expressed said: “Now the [WORKS OF THE FLESH] are manifest, which [ARE THESE]; adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, [WITCHCRAFT], hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that [THEY WHICH DO SUCH THINGS SHALL NOT INHERIT] the Kingdom of God” (Galatians 5:19–21).

“But the [FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT IS LOVE, JOY, PEACE, LONGSUFFERING, GENTLENESS, GOODNESS, FAITH]” (Galatians 5:22).

“[SO THEN THEY THAT ARE IN THE FLESH CANNOT PLEASE GOD]. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. [NOW IF ANY MAN HAVE NOT THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST, HE IS NONE OF HIS].  And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness” (Romans 8:8-10).

“Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For [IF YE LIVE AFTER THE FLESH, YE SHALL DIE]: but if ye through [THE SPIRIT DO MORTIFY THE DEEDS OF THE BODY, YE SHALL LIVE]” (Romans 8:12-13).

“There is therefore now [NO CONDEMNATION TO THEM WHICH ARE IN CHRIST JESUS, WHO WALK] not after the flesh, but [AFTER THE SPIRIT]” (Romans 8:1).

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For [HE THAT SOWETH TO HIS FLESH SHALL OF THE FLESH REAP CORRUPTION]; but [HE THAT SOWETH TO THE SPIRIT SHALL OF THE SPIRIT REAP LIFE EVERLASTING]” (Galatians 6:7-8).

“Blessed be the LORD, who [DAILY] loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah. [HE THAT IS OUR GOD IS THE GOD OF SALVATION]; and unto God the LORD belong the issues from death” (Psalm 68:19-20).

“[TO DELIVER THEIR SOUL FROM DEATH], and to keep them alive in famine” (Psalm 33:19).

“Let me not be ashamed, O LORD; for I have called upon thee: let the wicked be ashamed, and let them be silent in the grave” (Psalm 31:17).

“Like sheep they are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling.

But God will [REDEEM MY SOUL FROM THE POWER OF THE GRAVE]: for he shall receive me. Selah” (Psalm 49:14-15).

“Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the [EVERLASTING GOD], the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding” (Isaiah 40:28).

“I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour. I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God” (Isaiah 43:11-12).

“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen” (2 Corinthians 13:14).
