We must obtain L I G H T for S A L V A T I O N.
“The LORD is [MY LIGHT AND MY SALVATION]; whom shall I fear? The LORD is
the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” (Psalm 27:1).
“The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. Yea, though I walk through
the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me;
thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow
me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever”
(Psalm 23:1, 4, 6).
JESUS, the good Shepherd (John 10:10-11) says: “[I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD]: he that [FOLLOWETH ME] shall not walk in darkness, but [SHALL HAVE THE LIGHT OF LIFE]” (John 8:12).
“[AS LONG AS I AM IN THE WORLD, I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD]” (John 9:5).
“Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give
you the kingdom” (Luke 12:32).
“I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen” (Matthew
28:20).
“Wherefore God saith: ‘Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the
dead, and [CHRIST SHALL GIVE THEE LIGHT]’” (Ephesians 5:14).
“Behold, I shew you a mystery; we shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality” (1 Corinthians 15:44-55).
“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first, then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. “Wherefore comfort one another with these words” (1 Thessalonians 4:16–18).
“Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen” (Romans 15:33).
