LOVE the word of GOD and NOT the world (1 John 2:15–17).
Unfortunately, untold numbers of people refute, redicule or reject the
word of God so much so that it is often remarked: Man wrote the Bible so why
should we believe it”.
“O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the LORD” (Jeremiah 22:29).
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for
doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for [INSTRUCTION IN RIGHTEOUSNESS]” (2
Timothy 3:16).
“For this is good and acceptable in the sight of [GOD OUR SAVIOUR]; [WHO WILL HAVE ALL MEN TO BE SAVED], and to come unto the [KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH]” (1 Timothy 2:3-4).
“Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the Scripture is of any private
interpretation. [FOR THE PROPHECY CAME NOT IN OLD TIME BY THE WILL OF MAN: BUT
HOLY MEN OF GOD SPAKE AS THEY WERE MOVED BY THE HOLY GHOST]” (2 Peter 1:19–21).
“For this is good and acceptable in the sight of [GOD OUR SAVIOUR]; [WHO WILL HAVE ALL MEN TO BE SAVED], and to come unto the [KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH]” (1 Timothy 2:3-4).
“Seek ye out of the book of the
LORD, and read” (Isaiah 34:16).
Jesus, the only begotten of God says: “It is written, that man shall not
live by bread alone, but by every word of God” (Luke 4:4). “The time is
fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the
gospel” (Mark 1:15).
“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a
witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come” (Matthew 24:14).
“The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye,
and believe the gospel” (Mark 1:15).
“Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish” (Luke 13:3).
“For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of
him that sent me” (John 6:38).
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that [WHOSOEVER
BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE]” (John 3:16).
“Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God,
and there is none else” (Isaiah 45:22).
For those who refuse to come to knowledge of the word of God: the Truth,
God has forewarned:
“When your fear cometh as desolation and your destruction cometh as a
whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. Then shall they call upon
me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find
me. [FOR THAT THEY HATED KNOWLEDGE, AND DID NOT CHOOSE THE FEAR] of the LORD”
(Proverbs 1:27–28).
“The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares
of death” (Proverbs 14:27).
“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but
unto us which are saved it is the [POWER OF GOD]” (1 Corinthians 1:19).
