JESUS or the world? “I CHOOSE JESUS”! “[JESUS CHRIST THE SAME YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER]” (Hebrews 13:8).

DO NOT BE DECEIVED by the expensive mansions on the hillside; exotic sports cars; private art collection; penthouses in the city; weekend cottages; private island villas; mega yachts; private jets; and the list goes;  all the epitome of fame and fortune of the lifestyle of the rich and famous.

However seemingly glamorous, gratifying, and glitzy images of lifestyle of wealth and riches may appear, IT IS BY NO MEANS A PARADIGM OF LIFE.

Take heed of the words spoken by King Solomon, the richer man ever in terms of riches and wealth on this earth. “The words of the Preacher, the son of David, king in Jerusalem. Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, [VANITY OF VANITIES; ALL IS VANITY]” (Ecclesiastes 1:1-2).

“What [PROFIT] hath a man of all his labour which he taketh under the sun?” (Ecclesiastes 1:3).

JESUS CHRIST, THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD who had no wealth and riches by the stands of this world when he was here on earth expressed about wealth and riches when he drew an example using King Solomon, saying:

“BEHOLD, A GREATER THAN SOLOMON IS HERE” (Matthew 12:42).

“Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? [CONSIDER THE LILIES OF THE FIELD, HOW THEY GROW; THEY TOIL NOT, NEITHER DO THEY SPIN]: And yet I say unto you, That even [SOLOMON IN ALL HIS GLORY WAS NOT ARRAYED LIKE ONE OF THESE]” (Matthew 6:27-29).

“TAKE HEED, AND BEWARE OF COVETOUSNESS: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth” (Luke 12:15).

“For what shall it [PROFIT A MAN], if he shall [GAIN THE WHOLE WORLD], and [LOSE HIS OWN SOUL]? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” (Mark 8:36-37).

“ALL THINGS THAT THE FATHER HATH ARE MINE” (John 16:15).

“I am the resurrection, and the life: [HE THAT BELIEVETH IN ME, THOUGH HE WERE DEAD, YET SHALL HE LIVE]. And [WHOSOEVER LIVETH AND BELIEVETH IN ME SHALL NEVER DIE]. [BELIEVEST THOU THIS]?” (John 11:25-26).

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, [IF A MAN KEEP MY SAYING, HE SHALL NEVER SEE DEATH] (John 8:51). 

“[I AM HE THAT LIVETH, AND WAS DEAD; AND, BEHOLD, I AM ALIVE FOR EVERMORE], Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death” (Revelation 1:18).

“[ALL THINGS WERE MADE BY HIM; AND WITHOUT HIM WAS NOT ANY THING MADE THAT WAS MADE. IN HIM WAS LIFE; AND THE LIFE WAS THE LIGHT OF MEN]” (John 1:3-4).

“[JESUS CHRIST THE SAME YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER]” (Hebrews 13:8). “Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, [WORLD WITHOUT END]. Amen” (Ephesians 3:21).
