FOLLOWING JESUS or Following the Money?

“I FOLLOW JESUS! The ONLY SAVIOR is JESUS CHRIST” (John 3:15)!

“All the money in this world cannot raise a human from the dead!”

“I recall where the word of God in the Book of Job, says”: “If a man die, shall he live again?” (Job 14:14).

“Yes indeed. Also, where in the Book of Psalms, it is written: “They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches; none of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him.  (For the redemption of their soul is precious, and it ceaseth for ever:)” (Psalm 49:6–8).

“I also love the Scripture also in the Book of Psalms where it is written: “What man is he that liveth, and shall not see death? Shall he deliver his soul from the hand of the grave?” (Psalm 89:48).

“Furthermore, in the Book of Job it is also written, saying: “They spend their days in wealth, and in a moment go down to the grave” (Job 21:13).

“Job also expressed it best when he said: “Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord” (Job 1:21).

“We both agree that JESUS CHRIST is to be preferred over ALL the money in this world because he is the ONLY WAY to obtain ETERNAL LIFE as the Gospel in (John 3:15-18, 14:6)”.

“That’s correct!”

“Our Lord Jesus is very clear when he says: “Search the Scriptures; for in them ye think ye have [ETERNAL LIFE]: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not [COME TO ME, THAT YE MIGHT HAVE LIFE]” (John 5:39–40).

“Therefore doth my Father love me, because [I LAY DOWN MY LIFE, THAT I MIGHT TAKE IT AGAIN]. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. [I HAVE POWER TO LAY IT DOWN, AND I HAVE POWER TO TAKE IT AGAIN]. This commandment have I received of my Father” (John 10:17-18).

“I am the resurrection, and the life: [HE THAT BELIEVETH IN ME, THOUGH HE WERE DEAD, YET SHALL HE LIVE]. And [WHOSOEVER LIVETH AND BELIEVETH IN ME SHALL NEVER DIE]. [BELIEVEST THOU THIS]?” (John 11:25-26).

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, [IF A MAN KEEP MY SAYING, HE SHALL NEVER SEE DEATH] (John 8:51). 

“These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee. As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent” (John 17:1-3).

“[I AM HE THAT LIVETH, AND WAS DEAD; AND, BEHOLD, I AM ALIVE FOR EVERMORE], Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death” (Revelation 1:18).

“[FEAR NOT, LITTLE FLOCK]; for it is your Father’s [GOOD PLEASURE TO GIVE YOU THE KINGDOM]” (Luke 12:32).

“I am with you alway, [EVEN UNTO THE END OF THE WORLD]. Amen” (Matthew 28:20).

“Finally, the Book of Hebrews says it all about our Lord JESUS CHRIST, saying: “[JESUS CHRIST] the same [YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER]” (Hebrews 13:8).

“The Apostle Paul, in conclusion also well said”: “Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, [WORLD WITHOUT END]. Amen” (Ephesians 3:21).
