To have LIFE we must LIVE for JESUS CHRIST: “[FOR YE ARE DEAD, AND YOUR LIFE IS HID WITH CHRIST IN GOD]” (Colossians 3:3).
The Apostle Paul, the apostle to the Gentiles, also said: “[FOR TO ME TO LIVE IS CHRIST, AND TO DIE IS GAIN]” (Philippians 1:21).
Now, many people may not understand this sentence but let us
examine it.
Firstly, we must remember that GOD IS A LIVING GOD: “[FOR HE
IS NOT A GOD OF THE DEAD, BUT OF THE LIVING: FOR ALL LIVE UNTO HIM]” (Luke
20:38).
Therefore, the CHILDREN OF GOD will NEVER SEE DEATH: “For ye
are all the [CHILDREN OF GOD] by [FAITH IN CHRIST JESUS]” (Galatians 3:24).
“[FOR THIS PURPOSE THE SON OF GOD WAS MANIFESTED, THAT HE
MIGHT DESTROY THE WORKS OF THE DEVIL]” (1 John 3:8–9).
“For since by man came death, by man came also the
resurrection of the dead. [FOR AS IN ADAM ALL DIE, EVEN SO IN CHRIST SHALL ALL
BE MADE ALIVE]” (1 Corinthians 15:21–22).
Secondly, by the same POWER OF GOD that JESUS use to raise
himself from the dead after three days, JESUS will revive and raise from the
dead the CHILDREN OF GOD after three days (Hosea 6:1-3) (John 5: 5:21-24, 25-29).
The Apostle Paul explained this when he said: “[NOW IF ANY
MAN HAVE NOT THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST, HE IS NONE OF HIS]. And if Christ be in you,
the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of
righteousness. [BUT IF THE SPIRIT OF HIM THAT RAISED UP JESUS FROM THE DEAD
DWELL IN YOU, HE THAT RAISED UP CHRIST FROM THE DEAD SHALL ALSO QUICKEN YOUR
MORTAL BODIES BY HIS SPIRIT THAT DWELLETH IN YOU]” (Romans 8:9-11).
Thirdly, let us recall that our Lord JESUS told his disciples,
said: “Therefore doth my Father love me, because [I LAY DOWN MY LIFE, THAT I
MIGHT TAKE IT AGAIN]. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. [I
HAVE POWER TO LAY IT DOWN, AND I HAVE POWER TO TAKE IT AGAIN]. This commandment
have I received of my Father” (John 10:17-18).
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, [IF
A MAN KEEP MY SAYING, HE SHALL NEVER SEE DEATH] (John 8:51).
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now
is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear
shall live. For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son
to have life in himself; And hath given him authority to execute judgment also,
because he is the Son of man. [MARVEL NOT AT THIS: FOR THE HOUR IS COMING, IN
THE WHICH ALL THAT ARE IN THE GRAVES SHALL HEAR HIS VOICE, AND SHALL COME
FORTH; THEY THAT HAVE DONE GOOD, UNTO THE RESURRECTION OF LIFE]; and they that
have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation” (John 5:25-29).
“[FEAR NONE OF THOSE THINGS WHICH THOU SHALT SUFFER]: behold,
the devil shall cast some of you into [PRISON, THAT YE MAY BE TRIED; AND YE
SHALL HAVE TRIBULATION TEN DAYS]: [BE THOU FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH], and I will
give thee a [CROWN OF LIFE]” (Revelation 2:10).
“[MY SHEEP HEAR MY VOICE, AND I KNOW THEM, AND THEY FOLLOW
ME]: And [I GIVE UNTO THEM ETERNAL LIFE]; and they shall never perish, neither
shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is
greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. I
and my Father are one” (John 10:27-30).
“[IT IS THE SPIRIT THAT QUICKENETH]; the flesh profiteth
nothing: [THE WORDS THAT I SPEAK UNTO YOU, THEY ARE SPIRIT, AND THEY ARE LIFE]”
(John 6:63).
“[FOR AS THE FATHER RAISETH UP THE DEAD, AND QUICKENETH THEM;
EVEN SO THE SON QUICKENETH WHOM HE WILL]. For the Father judgeth no man, but
hath committed all judgment unto the Son: [THAT ALL MEN SHOULD HONOUR THE SON,
EVEN AS THEY HONOUR THE FATHER]. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not
the Father which hath sent him. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth
my word, and [BELIEVETH ON HIM THAT SENT ME, HATH EVERLASTING LIFE, AND SHALL
NOT COME INTO CONDEMNATION; BUT IS PASSED FROM DEATH UNTO LIFE]” (John 5:21-24).
“Search the Scriptures; for in them ye think ye have [ETERNAL
LIFE]: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not [COME TO ME, THAT
YE MIGHT HAVE LIFE]” (John 5:39–40).
“[I AM HE THAT LIVETH, AND WAS DEAD; AND, BEHOLD, I AM ALIVE
FOR EVERMORE], Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death” (Revelation 1:18).
In conclusion, now therefore, as THE ONLY WAY TO GET THE
THINGS THAT ARE ETERNAL IS THROUGH JESUS CHRIST who died for us; for this
purpose then WE SHOULD LIVE UNTO HIM AND NOT UNTO OURSELVES (2 Corinthians
5:15).
“[JESUS CHRIST] the same [YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER]”
(Hebrews 13:8).
“Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout
all ages, [WORLD WITHOUT END]. Amen” (Ephesians 3:21).
