SPIRIT or Flesh?

To enter into HEAVEN human beings must BELIEVE in JESUS CHRIST and LIVE BY THE SPIRIT (John 3:15-18) (Romans 8:1).


JESUS, the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD says: “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24). “It is the [SPIRIT THAT QUICKENETH]; the [FLESH PROFITETH NOTHING]: the [WORDS THAT I SPEAK] unto you, [THEY ARE SPIRIT, AND THEY ARE LIFE]” (John 6:63).


“[SO THEN THEY THAT ARE IN THE FLESH CANNOT PLEASE GOD]. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness” (Romans 8:8-10).

“Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. [FOR IF YE LIVE AFTER THE FLESH, YE SHALL DIE: BUT IF YE THROUGH THE SPIRIT DO MORTIFY THE DEEDS OF THE BODY, YE SHALL LIVE]” (Romans 8:12-13).


“Now this I say, brethren, that [FLESH AND BLOOD CANNOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM OF GOD]; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption” (1 Corinthians 15:50).



The Apostle Paul further articulated, saying: “Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the Kingdom of God” (Galatians 5:19–21).


“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith” (Galatians 5:22).


“[THE SPIRIT ITSELF BEARETH WITNESS WITH OUR SPIRIT, THAT WE ARE THE CHILDREN OF GOD]: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together” (Romans 8:16-17).

“THERE IS THEREFORE NOW NO CONDEMNATION TO THEM WHICH ARE IN CHRIST JESUS, WHO WALK not after the flesh, but [AFTER THE SPIRIT]” (Romans 8:1).

“[BE NOT DECEIVED; GOD IS NOT MOCKED]: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that [SOWETH TO HIS FLESH SHALL OF THE FLESH REAP CORRUPTION]; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting” (Galatians 6:7-8).

  GOD is a LIVING GOD: “[FOR HE IS NOT A GOD OF THE DEAD, BUT OF THE LIVING]: for all live unto him” (Luke 20:38). GOD GAVE HUMANS THE BREATH OF LIFE, BUT THEN CAME DEATH. At the apex of time, Adam and Eve did not BELIEVE the word of GOD: the TRUTH (Genesis 2:16-17, 3:2–3) and instead believed the LIES of the devil, aka Satan (Genesis 3:4), that “crooked serpent” (Job 26:10). As a consequence ALL human beings were CONDEMNED TO DEATH. However, God then sent his only begotten Son Jesus, at the right time, in the fullness of time, to bring and to spread the WORD OF LIFE: “[THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE]” (John 3:15). Give God the FATHER THANKS for ALL THINGS and for giving his ONLY BEGOTTEN SON (John 3:16-18).

If we know to say “Thank you” to another human being when an act of kindness is done for us, then we MUST GIVE THANKS TO GOD because he CREATED ALL THINGS (Genesis 1:1). “For all the earth is mine” (Exodus 19:5).
