EVERLASTING LIFE or Billion Dollars?

“LOVE NOT THE WORLD, NEITHER THE THINGS THAT ARE IN THE WORLD” (1 John 2:15).

“For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God” (1 Corinthians 3:19).

“And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever” (1 John 2:17).

What does it mean to DO THE WILL OF GOD?

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his [ONLY BEGOTTEN SON], that whosoever [BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE]” (John 3:16).

“And this is his commandment, That [WE SHOULD BELIEVE ON THE NAME OF HIS SON JESUS CHRIST, AND LOVE ONE ANOTHER], as he gave us commandment” (1 John 3:23).

“[NO SERVANT CAN SERVE TWO MASTERS]: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. [YE CANNOT SERVE GOD AND MAMMON]” (Luke 16:13).

“For what shall it [PROFIT A MAN], if he shall [GAIN THE WHOLE WORLD], and [LOSE HIS OWN SOUL]? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” (Mark 8:36-37).

“[HE THAT BELIEVETH ON THE SON HATH EVERLASTING LIFE]: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him” (John 3:36).

“[LABOUR] not for the meat which perisheth, but [FOR THAT MEAT WHICH ENDURETH UNTO EVERLASTING LIFE], which [THE SON OF MAN SHALL GIVE UNTO YOU]: for him hath God the Father sealed” (John 6:26-27).

To serve God is to seek to inherit EVERLASTING LIFE.

To serve money is to serve the prince of this world, the devil, aka Satan who will along with his fallen angels, and all who serve them will be cast into the lake of fire on the Last Day.

“And these shall go away into [EVERLASTING PUNISHMENT]: but the [RIGHTEOUS INTO LIFE ETERNAL]” (Mathew 25:46).

“[RICHES PROFIT NOT IN THE DAY OF WRATH]: but righteousness delivereth from death” (Proverbs 11:4).
“[THEY THAT FOLLOWETH AFTER RIGHTEOUSNESS AND MERCY FINDETH LIFE], righteousness, and honor” (Proverbs 21:21).  “Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, [THAT THEY MAY LAY HOLD ON ETERNAL LIFE]” (1 Timothy 6:19).

  GOD is a LIVING GOD: “[FOR HE IS NOT A GOD OF THE DEAD, BUT OF THE LIVING]: for all live unto him” (Luke 20:38). GOD GAVE HUMANS THE BREATH OF LIFE, BUT THEN CAME DEATH. At the apex of time, Adam and Eve did not BELIEVE the word of GOD: the TRUTH (Genesis 2:16-17, 3:2–3) and instead believed the LIES of the devil, aka Satan (Genesis 3:4), that “crooked serpent” (Job 26:10). As a consequence ALL human beings were CONDEMNED TO DEATH. However, God then sent his only begotten Son Jesus, at the right time, in the fullness of time, to bring and to spread the WORD OF LIFE: “[THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE]” (John 3:15). Give God the FATHER THANKS for ALL THINGS and for giving his ONLY BEGOTTEN SON (John 3:16-18).

If we know to say “Thank you” to another human being when an act of kindness is done for us, then we MUST GIVE THANKS TO GOD because he CREATED ALL THINGS (Genesis 1:1). “For all the earth is mine” (Exodus 19:5).
