Do you BELIEVE in the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD?

To this day, many people still only say: “I believe in God.” But, IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO BELIEVE IN GOD. James, the brother of Jesus, put this into perspective when he said, “Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble” (James 2:19).

To believe in God we must also believe in the Word of God.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God” (John 1:1–2). “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth” (John 1:14).

The Word of God, made flesh and full of grace and truth, is the only begotten Son of God: JESUS.

If we do not believe that Jesus  is the only begotten Son of God, then we do not believe in the Word of God. Hence, we do not believe God.

“Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father” (1 John 2:23).

“Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son” (1 John 2:22).

“For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist” (2 John 1:7).

“Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God” (1 John 4:15).

“The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. [HE THAT BELIEVETH ON THE SON HATH EVERLASTING LIFE]: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him” (John 3:35-36).
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his [ONLY BEGOTTEN SON], that whosoever [BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE]. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be [SAVED]. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but [HE THAT BELIEVETH NOT IS CONDEMNED ALREADY, BECAUSE HE HATH NOT BELIEVED IN THE NAME OF THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD]” (John 3:16-18).

  GOD is a LIVING GOD: “[FOR HE IS NOT A GOD OF THE DEAD, BUT OF THE LIVING]: for all live unto him” (Luke 20:38). GOD GAVE HUMANS THE BREATH OF LIFE, BUT THEN CAME DEATH. At the apex of time, Adam and Eve did not BELIEVE the word of GOD: the TRUTH (Genesis 2:16-17, 3:2–3) and instead believed the LIES of the devil, aka Satan (Genesis 3:4), that “crooked serpent” (Job 26:10). As a consequence ALL human beings were CONDEMNED TO DEATH. However, God then sent his only begotten Son Jesus, at the right time, in the fullness of time, to bring and to spread the WORD OF LIFE: “[THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE]” (John 3:15). Give God the FATHER THANKS for ALL THINGS and for giving his ONLY BEGOTTEN SON (John 3:16-18).

If we know to say “Thank you” to another human being when an act of kindness is done for us, then we MUST GIVE THANKS TO GOD because he CREATED ALL THINGS (Genesis 1:1). “For all the earth is mine” (Exodus 19:5).
