GREAT is our GOD.

“Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?” (Psalm 77:13).

“For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised: he is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the LORD made the heavens” (Psalm 96:4-5).

“O LORD, how manifold are thy works! In wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches” (Psalm 104:24).

“Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O LORD; neither are there any works like unto thy works. All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O LORD; and shall glorify thy name” (Psalms 86:8-9).

“O LORD our LORD, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! Who hast set thy glory above the heavens. When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; what is man, that thou art mindful of him? For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high” (Psalms 8:1-9, 103: 11. 7:17).
“God is the LORD, which hath shewed us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar. Thou art my God, and I will praise thee: thou art my God, I will exalt thee” (Psalm 118:27-28).

  GOD is a LIVING GOD: “[FOR HE IS NOT A GOD OF THE DEAD, BUT OF THE LIVING]: for all live unto him” (Luke 20:38). GOD GAVE HUMANS THE BREATH OF LIFE, BUT THEN CAME DEATH. At the apex of time, Adam and Eve did not BELIEVE the word of GOD: the TRUTH (Genesis 2:16-17, 3:2–3) and instead believed the LIES of the devil, aka Satan (Genesis 3:4), that “crooked serpent” (Job 26:10). As a consequence ALL human beings were CONDEMNED TO DEATH. However, God then sent his only begotten Son Jesus, at the right time, in the fullness of time, to bring and to spread the WORD OF LIFE: “[THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE]” (John 3:15). Give God the FATHER THANKS for ALL THINGS and for giving his ONLY BEGOTTEN SON (John 3:16-18).

If we know to say “Thank you” to another human being when an act of kindness is done for us, then we MUST GIVE THANKS TO GOD because he CREATED ALL THINGS (Genesis 1:1). “For all the earth is mine” (Exodus 19:5).
