City of GOD is the PARADISE OF GOD.
We an only begin to imagine what magnificence of HEAVEN.
“Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God. Selah” (Psalm 87:3).
“For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived
by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath
prepared for him that waiteth for him” (Isaiah 64:4).
“There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God,
the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. Glorious things are spoken
of thee, O city of God. Selah” (Psalm 46:4, 87:3).
“And he shewed me a [PURE RIVER OF WATER OF LIFE], clear as crystal,
proceeding out of the [THRONE OF GOD AND OF THE LAMB]. And there shall in no
wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh
abomination, or maketh a lie: [BUT THEY WHICH ARE WRITTEN IN THE LAMB’S BOOK OF
LIFE]” (Revelation 22:1, 21:27).
“I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the
churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning
star” (Revelation 22:16).
“I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the
last. [BLESSED ARE THEY THAT DO HIS COMMANDMENTS, THAT THEY MAY HAVE RIGHT TO THE
TREE OF LIFE, AND MAY ENTER IN THROUGH THE GATES INTO THE CITY]” (Revelation
22:13-14).
“He which testifieth these things
saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our
Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen” (Revelation 22:20-21).
