The NAME of the ONLY SAVIOR is JESUS CHRIST (John 3:15-18).
Our Lord, Savior and King explained of his coming, saying: “Behold, I
come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he
walk naked, and they see his shame” (Revelation 16:15).
“But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake
you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light” (1 Thessalonians 5:4–5).
“The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before
the great and the terrible day of the LORD come. [AND IT SHALL COME TO PASS,
THAT WHOSOEVER SHALL CALL ON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE DELIVERED]: for in
mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in
the remnant whom the LORD shall call” (Joel 2:31-32).
“[AND IT SHALL COME TO PASS, THAT WHOSOEVER SHALL CALL ON THE NAME OF
THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED]” (Acts 2:21).
“Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be
sober. For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are
drunken in the night. But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the
breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. For
God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus
Christ” (1 Thessalonians 5:6-9).
“[BE PATIENT THEREFORE, BRETHREN, UNTO THE COMING OF THE LORD]. Behold,
the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long
patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. Be ye also
patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh” (James
5:7–8).
“[WATCH]
therefore: for [YE KNOW NOT WHAT HOUR] your Lord doth come” (Matthew 24:42).
