Let the GOD OF PEACE rule in our hearts everyday.
We must keep in our hearts these words spoken by Jesus to his disciples,
saying: “[PEACE I LEAVE WITH YOU, MY PEACE I GIVE UNTO YOU]: not as the world
giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be
afraid’” (John 14:27).
“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have [PEACE].
In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome
the world” (John 16:33).
We must live every day in PEACE and to do as the Apostle Paul said:
“Abstain from all appearance of evil” (1 Thessalonians 5:22).
“Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight
of all men. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, [LIVE PEACEABLY WITH
ALL MEN]” (Romans 12:17-18).
“[FOLLOW PEACE WITH ALL MEN], and holiness, without which no man shall
see the Lord” (Hebrews 12:14). “And let the peace of God rule in your hearts,
to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful” (Colossians
3:15).
“Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to
withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore,
having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of
righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the [GOSPEL OF
PEACE]; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to
quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and
the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God” (Ephesians 6:13-17).
“And the very [GOD OF PEACE] sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your
whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our
Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Thessalonians 5:23).
“Now
the [GOD OF PEACE] be with you all. Amen” (Romans 15:33).
