HOPE or False Hope? “[BLESSED IS THE MAN THAT TRUSTETH] in the LORD, and whose [HOPE] the LORD is” (Jeremiah 17:7).
“[FOR WE ARE SAVED BY HOPE: BUT HOPE THAT IS SEEN IS NOT HOPE]: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? [BUT IF WE HOPE FOR THAT WE SEE NOT, THEN DO WE WITH PATIENCE WAIT FOR IT]” (Romans 8:22-25).
“It is good that a man should [BOTH HOPE AND
QUIETLY WAIT] for the [SALVATION] of the LORD” (Lamentation 3:26). “Therefore
[TURN THOU TO THY GOD]: keep mercy and judgment, and [WAIT] on thy God
continually” (Hosea 12:6).
Unfortunately, untold numbers of people are
instead holding on to FALSE HOPE believing that they are going to be “raptured”
to heaven before the End of the world.
DO NOT BE DECIEVED!
JESUS COMES LAST and is COMING down from
Heaven ONLY ONCE AFTER THE GREAT PERIOD OF TRIBULATION at THE ENDING of the
world for the DAY OF JUDGMENT and to REDEEM the Kingdom of God to Heaven
(Matthew 24:1-4, 29-30) (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17) (Revelation 1:7-8, 11:18;
20:11-15)!
The Apostle Paul said: “Now we beseech you,
brethren, by the [COMING OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, AND BY OUR GATHERING
TOGETHER UNTO HIM” (2 Thessalonians 2:1).
“[LOOKING FOR THAT BLESSED HOPE, AND THE
GLORIOUS APPEARING OF THE GREAT GOD AND OUR SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST]” (Titus
2:13).
“Henceforth there is laid up for me a [CROWN
OF RIGHTEOUSNESS], which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that
day: and [NOT TO ME ONLY, BUT UNTO ALL THEM ALSO THAT LOVE HIS APPEARING]” (2
Timothy 4:8).
“THEN COMETH THE END, when he shall have
[DELIVERED UP THE KINGDOM TO GOD, EVEN THE FATHER]; when he shall have put down
all rule and all authority and power” (1 Corinthians 15:24).
“The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with
you all. Amen” (Philippians 4:23).
