Our lifetime goal and achievement on this earth is very simple and that is to obtain LIFE which is in JESUS CHRIST. “[FOR YE ARE DEAD, AND YOUR LIFE IS HID WITH CHRIST IN GOD]” (Colossians 3:3).
We simply have to REPENT AND BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST: “That whosoever [BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD] not perish, but [HAVE ETERNAL LIFE]” (John 3:15).
“[AND THE TIMES OF THIS IGNORANCE] God winked at; but now
[COMMANDETH ALL MEN EVERY WHERE TO REPENT]: Because he hath [APPOINTED A DAY],
in the which he will judge the world in [RIGHTEOUSNESS] by that man whom he
hath ordained; whereof [HE HATH GIVEN ASSURANCE UNTO ALL MEN, IN THAT HE HATH
RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD]” (Acts 17:30-31).
“[FOR THE PREACHING OF THE CROSS] is to them that perish
foolishness; but unto us which are [SAVED] it is the power of God. For after
that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by
the foolishness of preaching to [SAVE THEM THAT BELIEVE]” (1 Corinthians 1:19,
21).
“O earth, earth, earth, [HEAR THE WORD] of the LORD”
(Jeremiah 22:29).
“[LOOK UNTO ME, AND BE YE SAVED], all the ends of the earth:
for I am God, and there is none else” (Isaiah 45:22).
“[FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD, THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN
SON], that [WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD] not perish, but [HAVE
EVERLASTING LIFE]. [FOR GOD SENT] not [HIS SON INTO THE WORLD] to condemn the
world; but [THAT THE WORLD THROUGH HIM MIGHT BE SAVED]” (John 3:16-17).
“He that believeth on him is not condemned: but [HE THAT
BELIEVETH NOT IS CONDEMNED ALREADY, BECAUSE HE HATH NOT BELIEVED] in the name
of the only begotten Son of God.” (John 3:16-18).
JESUS, the only begotten Son of God says: “[THE TIME IS
FULFILLED], and the Kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the
gospel” (Mark 1:15). “I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to
repentance” (Luke 5:32).
“For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the
will of him that sent me” (John 6:38).
“Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish” (Luke 13:3).
“[FOR AS A SNARE SHALL IT COME ON ALL THEM THAT DWELL ON THE
FACE OF THE WHOLE EARTH].
[WATCH YE THEREFORE, AND PRAY ALWAYS], that ye may be
accounted [WORTHY TO ESCAPE ALL THESE THINGS] that shall come to pass, [AND TO
STAND BEFORE] the Son of man” (Luke 21:35-36).
“[THE LORD IS NOT SLACK CONCERNING HIS PROMISE], as some men
count slackness; [BUT IS LONGSUFFERING TO US-WARD], not willing that any should
perish, but [THAT ALL SHOULD COME TO REPENTANCE]” (2 Peter 3:9).
“But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth,
and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; [THAT IF THOU
SHALT CONFESS WITH THY MOUTH THE LORD JESUS, AND SHALT BELIEVE IN THINE HEART
THAT GOD HATH RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD, THOU SHALT BE SAVED]. For [WITH THE
HEART MAN BELIEVETH UNTO RIGHTEOUSNESS]; and [WITH THE MOUTH CONFESSION IS MADE
UNTO SALVATION]” (Romans 10:8-10).
“[JESUS CHRIST THE SAME YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER]”
(Hebrews 13:8).
“Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout
all ages, [WORLD WITHOUT END]. Amen” (Ephesians 3:21).
“To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen” (1
Peter 5:11).
