P R A Y:

Today, a few words of comfort to those who are unemployed, in financial distress, lonely, weary, frightened about life circumstances or simply disillusioned about life:  Let us be reminded what Paul, the apostle said: “pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17).

Many throughout time have doubted and said, in essence, “This is easier said than done.” However, Jesus emphasized, saying: “And I say unto you, ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened” (Luke 11:9–10).

Be strong and pray to God in Jesus’ name. Also, be reminded what Jesus also said: “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth” (John 4:23–24).

  GOD is a LIVING GOD: “[FOR HE IS NOT A GOD OF THE DEAD, BUT OF THE LIVING]: for all live unto him” (Luke 20:38). GOD GAVE HUMANS THE BREATH OF LIFE, BUT THEN CAME DEATH. At the apex of time, Adam and Eve did not BELIEVE the word of GOD: the TRUTH (Genesis 2:16-17, 3:2–3) and instead believed the LIES of the devil, aka Satan (Genesis 3:4), that “crooked serpent” (Job 26:10). As a consequence ALL human beings were CONDEMNED TO DEATH. However, God then sent his only begotten Son Jesus, at the right time, in the fullness of time, to bring and to spread the WORD OF LIFE: “[THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE]” (John 3:15). Give God the FATHER THANKS for ALL THINGS and for giving his ONLY BEGOTTEN SON (John 3:16-18).

If we know to say “Thank you” to another human being when an act of kindness is done for us, then we MUST GIVE THANKS TO GOD because he CREATED ALL THINGS (Genesis 1:1). “For all the earth is mine” (Exodus 19:5).
