We must have JESUS to SAVE US from drowning in the lies and deceit of this world. "For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil” (Romans 13:3).
“And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that [DOETH THE WILL OF GOD ABIDETH FOREVER]” (1 John 2:17).
“O earth,
earth, earth, [HEAR THE WORD] of the LORD” (Jeremiah 22:29). “[LOOK UNTO ME,
AND BE YE SAVED], all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none
else” (Isaiah 45:22).
“For God so
loved the world, that [HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON], that whosoever
[BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD] not perish, but [HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE] (John 3:16).
“[FOR GOD
SENT NOT HIS SON] into the world to condemn the world; but [THAT THE WORLD
THROUGH HIM MIGHT BE SAVED]” (John 3:17).
“[FOR WE ARE
SAVED BY HOPE]: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why
doth he yet hope for? But if [WE HOPE FOR THAT WE SEE NOT], then do we with
patience wait for it” (Romans 8:22-25).

THE BEGINNING OF THE WORLD MEN HAVE NOT HEARD, NOR PERCEIVED BY THE EAR,
NEITHER HATH THE EYE SEEN], O God, beside thee, what [HE HATH PREPARED FOR HIM
THAT WAITETH FOR HIM]” (Isaiah 64:4).
“[OUR SOUL
WAITETH] for the LORD: he is our help and our shield” (Psalm 33:20). “It is
good that a man should [BOTH HOPE AND QUIETLY WAIT] for the [SALVATION] of the
LORD” (Lamentation 3:26).
“Blessed be the LORD, [WHO DAILY
LOADETH US WITH BENEFITS], even the [GOD OF OUR SALVATION]. Selah” (Psalm
68:19).
“Blessed be the LORD God of Israel
[FROM EVERLASTING, AND TO EVERLASTING]. Amen, and Amen” (Psalm 41:13).
