We can only begin to imagine what is in H E A V E N!
“For since the
beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither
hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that
waiteth for him” (Isaiah 64:4).
“The LORD hath
prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all” (Psalm
103:19).
“Glorious things
are spoken of thee, O city of God. Selah” (Psalm 87:3).
“The LORD is
exalted; for he dwelleth on high: he hath filled Zion with judgment and
righteousness. Look upon Zion, the city of our solemnities: thine eyes shall
see Jerusalem a quiet habitation, a tabernacle that shall not be taken down;
not one of the stakes thereof shall ever be removed, neither shall any of the
cords thereof be broken” (Isaiah 33:5, 20).
In John’s vision
by the angel of God he wrote: “And there came unto me one of the seven angels
which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me,
saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife. And he
carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that
great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, having the
glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a
jasper stone, clear as crystal; And had a wall great and high, and had twelve
gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the
names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel. On the east three gates;
on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three
gates. And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names
of the twelve apostles of the Lamb” (Revelation 21:9-14).
“And he shewed
me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the
[THRONE OF GOD AND OF THE LAMB]. And there shall in no wise enter into it any
thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie:
[BUT THEY WHICH ARE WRITTEN IN THE LAMB’S BOOK OF LIFE]” (Revelation 22:1,
21:27).
“I am Alpha and
Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Blessed are they that
do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may
enter in through the gates into the city” (Revelation 22:13-14).
“I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto
you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and
the bright and morning star” (Revelation 22:16).
“He
which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so,
come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen”
(Revelation 22:20-21).
