“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for
doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in [RIGHTEOUSNESS]” (2
Timothy 3:16).
“We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye
take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn,
and the day star arise in your hearts: knowing this first, that [NO PROPHECY OF
THE SCRIPTURE IS OF ANY PRIVATE INTERPRETATION]. For the prophecy came not in old
time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the
Holy Ghost” (2 Peter 1:19–21).
“For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line,
line upon line; here a little, and there a little” (Isaiah 28:10).
Our Lord Jesus says: “It is written, that man shall not live by bread alone, but by every
word of God” (Luke 4:4). “The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at
hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel” (Mark 1:15).
“And this [GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM SHALL BE PREACHED IN ALL THE WORLD FOR
A WITNESS UNTO ALL NATIONS; AND THEN SHALL THE END COME]” (Matthew 24:14).
“Blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it” (Luke 11:28).
“He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth
him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the [LAST DAY]”
(John 12:48).
“But I say unto you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they
shall give account thereof in the [DAY OF JUDGMENT]. For [BY THY WORDS THOU
SHALT BE JUSTIFIED, AND BY THY WORDS THOU SHALT BE CONDEMNED]” (Matthew
12:36-37).
“Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away”
(Matthew 24:35).
