Paradise or Perdition: rest or torment forever?

At the end of a day’s work we look forward to going home to relax and to get a good nights rest. This maybe very much taken for granted, and it shouldn’t because the day is coming, and it is soon coming when there will be two outcomes on the Last Day: 1) Paradise where there will be peace and rest forever or 2) Perdition where there will be torment and unrest forever!

Who wouldn’t wish to be going home to Paradise?

There is only one person who God has ordained with the power for humans to get to Paradise (John 3:16-18). He is the only begotten Son of God whose name is JESUS.

Jesus says: “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (John 14:6).

“I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death” (Revelation 1:18).
“Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors” (Proverbs 8:34).

  GOD is a LIVING GOD: “[FOR HE IS NOT A GOD OF THE DEAD, BUT OF THE LIVING]: for all live unto him” (Luke 20:38). GOD GAVE HUMANS THE BREATH OF LIFE, BUT THEN CAME DEATH. At the apex of time, Adam and Eve did not BELIEVE the word of GOD: the TRUTH (Genesis 2:16-17, 3:2–3) and instead believed the LIES of the devil, aka Satan (Genesis 3:4), that “crooked serpent” (Job 26:10). As a consequence ALL human beings were CONDEMNED TO DEATH. Give God the FATHER THANKS for ALL THINGS and for giving his ONLY BEGOTTEN SON (John 3:16-18).

If we know to say “Thank you” to another human being when an act of kindness is done for us, then we MUST GIVE THANKS TO GOD because he CREATED ALL THINGS (Genesis 1:1). “For all the earth is mine” (Exodus 19:5).
